Situated along Rothchild Boulevard, in the heart of Tel Aviv’s financial district, the glass‑clad tower introduces a distinctive profile to the city skyline and relates to its historic surroundings with careful massing and a landscaped public plaza.

ts asymmetrical form is organized around a pattern of equilateral triangles that gradually recede as the tower rises, creating dynamic relationships with both the smaller heritage structures and the larger commercial buildings along Rothschild Boulevard.

The building sits adjacent to two historic structures, Beit Va’ad Hakehila and Rifka Greenwald House, whose restoration was among the goals of the project.

The project includes a banking hall, auditorium, trading floors, and office spaces.

The form of the building influences the interior expression of the building.

The facade makes way for a generous plaza that extends beneath the tower to create a sheltered gathering place, inviting passersby to stop and enjoy the presence of the nearby landmarks and the peaceful landscaped environment.
