    The new Cedarbridge Campus will accommodate approximately 68,000 m2 of Office Space, 30,000 m2 Retail, 38,000m2 Residential as well as a 20,000 m2 Hotel and a 7,000m2 Conference/ Reception facility.

This ambitious mixed-use program is to be accommodated in an environment of landscaped squares, tree-lined streets and pleasantly-scaled buildings.

Regulated by the geometry of the street grid, the buildings, with their flexible floor-plates and plentiful natural light, frame the green outdoor spaces and cumulatively comprise a coherently organized commercial village and new town center.

In its extraordinary forested natural setting, with a central circulation axis and pedestrian paths animated by cafes and shops, the campus will be visually memorable, environmentally responsible and convenient to use.
